SKILLS TRAINING

Sports specific fitness training is planned to prepare athletes for the physical demands of competition. Physical fitness for one sport is not the same as for another sport. To increase individual or team performance it is important to have a plan in place with the correct training regiment. The training must closely simulate the specific nature of actions athletes perform in a competition.
